Anne Marie has a Master’s degree in Education with 35 years of experience teaching children and adults.  She is a certified spiritual director, member of Spiritual Directors International, and a retreat leader.

She is a certified facilitator for Sign Chi Do, The Art of Moving Prayer™ and a Usui and Karuna Reiki® master/teacher.  She teaches prayer and meditation and leads Bible discussion groups at her Lutheran church.

She is a distributor for Young Living Essential Oils, which allows her the opportunity to use products that promote healthy living.

Her interests include art, writing, being in nature, traveling, and encouraging others to journey through life with courage and hope, allowing their individual abilities to flourish.
